An Scholarly as well articulatory explanation of scientific status of hovering flood in Bihar

An articulatory thread in scientific status of flood & consequential impact due to hovering flood in Bihar
It is once again another twist in tale in sorrow in Bihar; this time again by flood, it is expected that, this time nature of flood would be historically disastrous in scale, it is so due to occurrence of landslide in encashment area of Bhote koshi; which falls in isolated district Sindhupal of Nepal, it is koshi, which is consisting of seven measure tributaries known as -- Tamur Koshi,  Arun Koshi ,Sun Koshi,  Dudh Koshi, Bhote koshi, Tamba koshi &  Indravati Koshi. These swiftest & fastest stream of all seven tributaries of Koshi river falls on land near to Chatra (Barahchatra) district of Nepal;

the gigantic flow of seven tributaries of  rive koshi underpass the dam constructed in order to  channelizing to exit the triggering flow at juncture of falling river from mountain to earth; it is the place, where all seven tributaries of Koshi-touch the feet of  Goddess earth; it  flow about 750 kilometers  passes from Nepal to Indian territory of  Bihar, till it disappear after absorbing in the stream of River Ganges, near to katihar(Kurshaila) district of Bihar. Koshi has always been being known as “Mourn river of Bihar”. Because, it has historically been changing its course, until, it had not been being allowed to pass under dam located in outskirts of Bihar-Nepal boarder name “BIRPUR (Koshi)- BARRAGE”.. Since, its construction of dam at Birpur (Bihar), this dam facilitate to safely allowing the flux of water to flow between western & eastern embankment of Koshi River.

My Reservoir of  Memory under-flux within BIRPUR-BARRAGE

 It is more than sixty percent of land region flowing of this river cover in various eastern districts of Bihar. It is Supaul, Madhepura, Sharsha, Madhubani, Purnia, Khagaria & Darbhanga  & Katihar-where river koshi finally elope in flow of the river Ganges.
It is disastrously, so happened, that last Saturday dated on 2nd August 2014 about 2PM, A measure landslide occur in encashment of Bhote Koshi. It is due to landslide, A gigantic rock covering in circumference of abour 1.5 Km obstruct in way of water; latter continuation of torrential rain. This all occurrence of natural phenomenon, ultimately caused to create under stream blockage in one of measure tributaries of Koshi river, which is resulted to temporarily impediment of natural course of flow of river Koshi .
It is truly said that “Nature is too harsh & too curse to weaker”.  An incident of landslide in catchment area of Bhote Koshi  in mountain region of  Nepal, it is going to be maiden reason behind the hovering havoc of  flood in eastern districts of Bhar; It is administratively declared higher degree of alert, as a precautionary measure through ultimatum for the evacuation of mass number of people into comparatively safer zone for the safety of life of people.

                                              Sorrow of my town is heart-throbbing for me

It is expected that witin 72 hours of occurrence of landslide & blockage , it would be resulted as  10-15 meters of wall like flow of water is going to be flushed away all things come in the way of rapid momentum of downstream flow of water . It is reportedly informed by authentic sources that flood would be more destructive in scale; somewhere location near to Raja-Bandh falls in outskirts range of Biratnagar( Nepal) & Bihar. If such happened, this perhaps would prove rather disastrous for the part of Araria , Purnia & Supaul District of Bihar.
 it is scientifically analysis that any blockage would create random movement in case of flow of water ; which is either slowly or rapidly form huge sac under huge current of water , which is resulted as to developing a new underwater lake, which may be randomly  against the natural course of flow of water & ultimately due to huge collection of water into the blockage sacs, which turn randomly in any direction, which gets easier allowing the current to tend in direction  towards weaker layer of earth surface. So, it is still uncertain that exactly in which direction the potential of current is increasing; but it will clearly effect partially, in direction of natural course of flow & heavily effect immediately close region falls nearer to underwater formation of gorge.
As an initiative by government of India & Nepal in join collaboration that blockage is going to detonated in any time within next 72 hours from the actual occurrence of time , if  blockage is haphazardly  detonated then flux of water may gear its speed in immediate lower layer of earth & it even breach multi-point in the region of encasement area in accordance the existing course of direction of river. if it is circularly detonated the blockage created by stumbling of huge rock  as well landslide blockage would intermingled & unfortunately the flux of water may take to create even a new geographical forms & it would even resulted as historic  geographical devastation of the eastern districts of Bihar, which falls aside of encasement area of koshi basin. But it is too early to say, that at what extent, this experimentation by blast detonation is going to be implacable; because till date, none, human endeavor able to stop phenomenally strongest force of nature.
 It would only be man-made approach, but possibility of practical manifestation seems to be very dismal.

As far as koshi dam at Birpur Barrage is concern, this barrage is already completed its technical standard of longevity regarding its substantial degree of sustaining efficiencies in order channelizing higher flux of water releases in per cuesec. It is primarily capacity of dam that built to withstand the flux of about 9lakh per cuesec of water, it had historically withstand  about 11lakh per cusec flux of water in 1988 AD.

But this time, it is expected that about 20lakh & more than than amount of flux of water in cue sec; these torrential furry in the flux of water would resulted to even wreck the constructed dam at BIRPUR-BARRAGE; it may be the case page in history regarding the existence of "BIRPUR-BARRAGE'.

Now, Once again the fate of koshi region people in hand of God, after the dreading occurrence of flood dated on 18th August 2008, this time potential of water seems to be more horrendous in scale due to the reason of natural interference playing role, after the occurrence of cloudburst, then landslide is creating havoc in relatively more backward region of Bihar. Government of India has already deployed of eight teams of the NDRF and four teams of the State Disaster Response Force or SDRF have been deployed to meet any degree of eventuality to insure the safety of population of this region as a precautionary measure.
Whatever the consequence in scale aftermath of flood, but we only pray for almighty invisible power (God); that destruction would be minimal, so, that poor & helpless population of this region may keep intact all its movable & immovable properties. Alas! May God help our native people to overcome this natural made disaster?
