Hovering Flood in Koshi region still Confiscated between Bureaucratic & Diplomatic dilemma

In last thread of Koshi  deadlock, due to flood , I have articulatory & analytically cover, scientific as well as socioeconomic & geographical perspectives ,  predictably, as well  unpredictably,  looming crisis of flood in Bihar; still in state of hoverence , although, government as well it subsidiary mechanisms has  promptly interfere after  looking its ferocious forms just after occurrence of landslide. It is in way to ascertain the safety of mass population of Koshi region, it has been existing concern mechanisms  of governance monitoring  cautiously, in way to avoid the hovering state of flood in Bihar.

 The incident, so happened just after the occurrence of sequential event in form of landslide, torrential rain, this  unwanted episode is resulted to create a blockage in natural course of flowing direction of  Koshi  .A huge rock, in direction of  the natural course of river is obstructively impeding  the flow of stream in direction of  the natural course  of river. it  seems that , a disastrous scale of consequence, sooner or later going to be  happened after the treating the blockage in way to exit out the huge flux of water. it seems that  in-comprehensively panic like situation amongst the population; still existing in there's mind; which has raised due to status of confiscation , the unwanted panic & in-stillness has been equally created by mushrooming media & local level due to viral mouthing of unconfirmed stuffs of reporting.

Undoubtedly, existing pillars of governance has commendably done pillar to post, in order to avert away possible tragedy, which was retaining in last week & it was seemed that approaching  of ferocious flow of water, possibly going to be wrecked this region. Now, this hopeless panic like situation seems to be eased down.

It is considered that collaborated approach by existing pillars of governance done commendably in order to insure the safety of this region; it is equally by administration of India as well as Nepal, which  has been considerately monitoring after accessing that it may be  vulnerable scale of  destruction due to series of episode of natural  interference occur due to landslide, deluging of rain & stumbling by huge rock in natural course of river koshi direction.

Now, it is officially confirmed that scale of flood would not be so vulnerable, it may minimally or rather scarcely effect because scientist has successfully treated the detonation to exit out controlled flow of water so, that destruction would be minimal in scale. Geologist, Scientist  as well detonating experts in all collaboration of expert team of  researcher has acted unitedly;  in order to diffuse the blockge site to ease down the stream of flow after drilling three whole in landslide region; in order to maintain the control discharge of water enabling to flow in direction of the course of river Koshi.

It is indeed a commendable initiative, which must deserved rather degree of appreciation; it is hardheartedly cautious & stern action, in collaborated manner, by all mechanisms of existing resources  of governance help to avert the predictably crisis like situation that was primarily looming as an historic scale of destruction; which was earlier accessed, just after occurrence of series of event by natural intervention playing its ferocious role.

Now, millions dollar question is that technical longevity of BIRPUR-BARRAGE has already completed; it is now existing in state of collapse any time, presently its capacity to withstand the substantial flux of water;  just depend on fate ; its technical tenure in way to withstanding  huge flux of water has already over; it is now call of hour; that either reconstruct or renovate this dam, which is located at BIRPUR-BARRAGE; so, that it may be able to sustain even the alarming level of water to underpass safely to avoid the scale of destruction, which often occur periodically in koshi basin due to breaching in embankment and overflowing of water ; so, our state must be given top priority considering the safety as well biodiversity safety of this region of Bihar is concerned.

It is known that , Koshi river is lifeline of  relatively backward region of Bihar ; so, government should keenly access the technical aspect of the Koshi dam & accordingly taken immediate action to ascertain the safety ,security & prosperity of this region of Bihar.
